weather report

waking up to beautiful weather is like being at a concert and the band starts playing your favourite song. inside I’m going “oohhhhhhhh YEAAAAAHHHHHHH!”

this is the most active and urgent I’ve been in my life at noticing when it’s a lovely day. it’s a really wonderful thing to pay attention to. no matter how troubling everything else is, a blue sky, a warm sun and lots of vibrant colours are a reasonable recipe for sparking joy and wonder and appreciation, at least within me. i hope doctor’s prescribe this type of medicine too!
